The apartments are located on Graf-Schack-Strasse, not far from Rostock Central Station. Each apartment has a floor area of 45 m² and features very modern, high-quality furnishings. They include a spacious living area with a sofa, TVs in both the living and sleeping areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and washing machine, as well as a large bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and a large wardrobe.
